Orange & Jasmine yin hao lotus drizzle pancakes ! Can't even explain how amazingly good these are! Recipe: 135g plain flour1tsp baking powder1 large egg130ml milkOrange zest2tbsp caster sugar Whisk everything together, heat oil in a pan and pour in 1/4 of the batter. Fry for 2 minutes, flip and another 2 minutes until a lovely golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Add freshly brewed Jasmine yin hao lotus (this will not work with a bad quality Jasmine tea, the flavour will be astringent and not creamy and floral!) to 100g caster sugar and cool – voila, an instant beautiful syrup! Once you're ready, squeeze and zest over fresh orange and drizzle with your homemade syrup.
